Encourage them to co-sponsor the bills.

Prior to September 11th we were told that U.S. Mail was the best way to communicate with our congressmen. But now some legislative aids say that a FAX is just as effective due to the slow down of mail flowing into the Capitol. E-mail is still not a very effective way to get the attention of congressmen.
